Paradigm: Beyond Infertility is a community of healthcare professionals and like-minded individuals providing integrative therapies and complementary alternative medicine for reproductive aged women.

Paradigm was created to answer the question β€œWhat more can I do?”. We provide evidence-based interventions for use in conjunction with infertility treatments for reproductive aged women. Additionally, services may be used prior to any medical or surgical treatment or used as a stand alone intervention without the use of traditional medical treatments.

Meet Leigh Campbell! Leigh is our in-house yoga instructor and creator of our Yoga for Fertility program, coming to Paradigm starting July 2nd! Dr. Campbell is board certified in pediatrics and neonatology. She became a yoga instructor after being introduced to yoga during her own infertility journey. Dr. Campbell has a particular interest in perinatal yoga, yoga for pelvic health, and yoga for postpartum health. We are honored to have Dr. Campbell on our Paradigm team and can't wait for everyone get to know her better during out 6 week Yoga for Fertility series! ...

Join us for a 6-week Yoga for Fertility series led by Dr. Leigh Campbell! We will be feeding your body with hope, love, and empowerment, focusing on different layers and parts of the body.

Classes will meet Saturday for 6 weeks at 10:00 AM. Price is $150 for the series. If you are an MRM patient, you receive a 15% discount. Classes start July 2nd, space is limited so early registration is recommended!

Low fat or full fat - which is better? The answer might surprise you! Research has shown that eating high-fat dairy foods can have a positive impact on fertility. A good way to include high-fat dairy food into your diet is to grab full-fat Greek yogurt. You can eat some Greek yogurt with fruit and granola or substitute it for mayo in recipes.
